Not true.
We can give Missi his props for a solid first game, without pretending JV was worse the he was. JV was a good big for us, but his weaknesses were magnified on this team and it was time for a change.

Correct, but the fact that he got minutes, let alone did some really good things, is a great sign. He was raw developmentally and that typically means unplayable for a year or 2, so being able to look like a role player in game 1 is great news.
