Yeah, for some reason I had in my mind that the Bucks were right up against the tax, but the salary dump makes sense.

The Blazers owner Paul Allen has died.
Not trying to be indelicate, but I wonder what impact this will have on the Blazers? Part of how they got into the cap mess they're in now is because the owner was always pushing for wins. Will they be more willing to blow things up now if they get off to a slow start?
