Maybe they'd view Ajinca as a better bargain long term with Olynyk and Horford on the roster...Sullinger will undoubtedly cost more than the $5m a season that Ajinca makes

Also Evans is an expiring so we'd probably have to throw in a pick which is another asset in bostons cap with the space they would get from Evans...they are trying to reel in a big fish and are accumulating as many assets as they can to make it happen

But I'm with ATL - not sure about fit

Does Boston even have the cap space to do that they just signed Horford

Does anyone other than our fans/writers view Asik Anjica or evans as an asset?

No part of me can imagine Brad Stevens saying, "go get me tyreke evans!"

Sure.

Tyreke's injury status off the record

That's iffy. The Saints and Pels are insanely tight lipped about everything. So a front office guy tells a reporter about Reke's injury off the record. If the reporter releases the info, what kind of info will the team hold back from them? When's the last time a NOLA reporter broke significant news?

I'm sure they could so S&T to some degree or they would need to move additional assets elsewhere - Bradley isn't happy in his current situation supposedly so maybe they'd come back to Tyreke once he dealt

I did see some random basketball site say the sixers should trade for Tyreke since they haven't been able to land a pg

Sixers signed Bayless and Rodriguez and still have Marshall on the roster

Unless they view Evans as the starter and those guys as the backups I'd think that ship has sailed

Kushner was correcting the contract amounts from the national guys this week.

Lawson can run a fast system like D'Antoni but not any other one as far as I can tell.

If Gentry wants to pick up the pace it may be worth a look at him as a bench point.

No doubt.

Thinking as objectively as possible, I think Ajinca is. He's relatively dirt cheap for a #2 center and can give you 6/5 in 15mpg. Again, obviously no one is going to say "Let's go get Ajinca," but I think that he's enough of an asset to be sweetener in a bigger deal.

I'd love to get Ty Lawson or JJack.

Galloway sounds interesting though, how much would it cost to get him.

Certainly not a Brad Stevens type but what about a team like LAC? Didn't they give up Stephenson and a pick for Jeff Green? Tyreke isn't a great ball player but he's certainly better than Jeff Freaking Green! I can see a GM like Doc (again) feeling the need that they're ONE piece away from making a serious run.
