It was 4… and 5 out of 6. But whatever makes you feel good about yourself

I wish we could've shipped graham off instead of hart. I'm missing him already
Yeah me too
Hart just brings a lot more to the table and is really lineup versatile.

Hate Miami. Feels like they always have our number

BI getting in foul trouble fricked us up
Him only having 11 shots with no Zion sinks us

Miami is just a lights out team. We had our line ups change due to the trade, have to figure out new rotations, and CJ definitely is jet lagged. Will take a game or 2 to get things figured out, just sucks it was against Miami tonight

And Herb being in foul trouble too didn’t help.

Don't forget the heat are one of the best teams in the NBA.
I don't understand taking Jose out, he was cooking and we take him out. I don't think it made a difference in the outcome but damn, he earned the finish IMO.

I’m not saying Graham is completely at fault for this because he’s not but in no way should he have more shots than Bi. He needs to chill with the amount of shots he takes. I get that’s all he can do in this league but when you’re constantly shooting 35%, it’s generally not a smart move over giving Bi a look. The shot distribution needs to be better. Honestly Graham needs his minutes shaved off a bit. Start playing 22-25 minutes a game

Yeah I noticed CJ looked a little tight but that’s kinda to be expected with it being his first game and brand new team.
The heat is really good tho too.

The most frustrating thing about this loss is Willie’s rotations. They just never made sense, weren’t timed right, and got away from what was working with starting Jax and Val. It kind of gave us that same ability with Zion to have Jax freelance and make splash plays down low

He’s still figuring it out. We just lost 2 players who play 20+ mins and added a star who he needs to experiment with.

We really need Billy back, so Jaxson can slide back to the 4. He's just nowhere near strong enough or physical enough to battle with centers. At the 4 he gets to just roam around and be an athlete.
Herb's been bad most of the year, but the Clark and Naji minutes HAVE to stop. I believe CJs shot creation could actually open some things up for Trey. Either way, he can't be worse than Clark or Naji.

Agree. I’d rather have bad Trey minutes over bad/mediocre naji or Clark minutes

Yeah I’d rather have Trey playing than Clark and Naji too.

He's done a great job, but this one was on WG. Starting lineup, gameplan, and rotations weren't good. Don't know why we pulled Hayes out of the lineup. That has been a matchup advantage. Rotation minutes for Clark, with Temple backing up? Gameplan centered on CJ as primary ballhandler when he just arrived? We were on a 4 game streak developing a playing style. Pels better quit playing cute, they are only a game or so up for the 10th. spot.

If they still don't trust Trey Snell has to get some minutes because Temple and Naji just can't shoot well enough to make the other team respect them.

Who plays 5 against Miami who is throwing two bigs out all game if Jax doesn't?
I 100% believe WG played Jax the way he did because he had no other choice. JV simply didn't have a back up against a team that plays with 2 bigs. Also, Butler isn't exactly a small player.
With Billy back or playing against small ball teams I bet we see more Jax roaming.

McCollum was slightly out of beat with his new teammates tonight, which was expected and not that worrying. More concerning: Miami ate the DeVonte'-CJ backcourt alive on defense. I'm not sure how much you can afford to play those two together, especially with JV at the 5.

Spo fricked us up. Miami is a really really good fricking team. No reason to be upset losing to them.
Hope teams don’t watch how they exploited graham early on in the game. Most teams aren’t patient enough to execute their offense like that, though.
