Yeah what was different with herb last year vs previous years? Lol Jesus man you are grasping at straws at this point.

You made a statement, I guess you looked at the stats and saw I was right and you were wrong once again. But I’m the one grasping at straws lol.

DDs first year getting starter mins and his 3pt % was higher than Herbs in 3 of his 4 years. Is this a factual statement?

You're using an 8 game sample size on an injured herb and basing it as a season take.

Do I understand the game of basketball? Yes, in fact, I do. The Pelicans won 49 games in 2023-2024. They had a major creation problem outside of Zion. It was their most glaring flaw, especially in crunch time. They had a first team all defense wing in Herb who shot 41% from 3 and 83% from the ft line. They had a second year player in Dyson who looked to be a very good defender but was 31% from 3 and 64% from the ft line.

The Dejounte trade made sense at the time. He offered clutch time creation and Dyson was redundant on our roster. Does it suck that Murray broke his wrist in a freak accident in game one and then tore his Achilles less than 20 games after coming back? Does it suck that Herb tore his rotator cuff in game 3 of the season, tried to play at about 60% and then had to shut it down? Hell yes. Is it cool that Dyson shot 34% from 3 and 59% from the ft line for a 40-42 Hawks team that didn’t make the playoffs in the East? I guess so.

It was insanely bad luck. I’m not losing any sleep over that trade though.

You would generally think people in highly paid important positions would be competent. More and more you see that’s really not true.

No im just correcting your false statement that DD has not ever shot better than Herb. Spin it how you like but that’s the facts.

And his first year starting his 3pt percentage was higher than Herbs 3 of his 4 years in the league. This is also a fact. He also did this at about Herbs age at while at Bama…..

Let me know when you want to bring stats/facts into the conversation to back up your argument. So far I haven’t seen anything from you posted to prove I’m wrong….
