Genuinely asking is there any coach in the league worse than Willie?

The only guy I can think of is Chauncey Billups and Blazers beat us twice. I genuinely don’t know of any coaches that are worse.

Fire Willie ASAP and see what Borego can do. If it works well, then go ahead and keep him. If it doesn't, I'd look to see if Terry Stotts wants to be a head coach again, as he took the last 2 years off and is the Warriors assistant in charge of their 40 3's a game offense this year.
