re: Why do you think we don't have to do a full rebuild?

I think you can do it with out a complete rebuild. Zion needs to go and replace him with a floor spacer (preferably a 4 or 5) that can play some semblance of D and any picks you can get. Next year Fears and Queen initiate the offense, Herb is still around to bolster the defense and Trey does what he does and floor spacer X helps keep the paint open and moves us out of the basement in 3 pointers.
Herb is a culture setter and orchestrates the D. You need those guys on your team. And if we have another shooter on the court, he fits with the rooks.
Also, it wouldn't surprise me if Queen becomes a Naz Reid type 3pt shooter in a year or two. Unlike Zion, he has the willingness to take the 18 footer already and makes it with consistency. And while his % is low, his shot doesn't look bad from 3.
Would also keep Bey, and Peavy. Anyone else is expendable. Shedding Z also puts the ball more in Trey, Fears and Queen's hands moving forward. I suspect much of the rookies turnovers are to a large degree because they are rookies, so I would expect them to be better in that regard next year. And I think both of them have a confidence that, with more experience, can ultimately translate into closing games
Just not seeing Z stumble into 3 guys and the paint an fumble the ball away to lose the game would be a new positive.
