90% sure that once the TB player touches it, even if Jenkins touches it and loses it, it's still Saints ball where the TB player got it. Only way we lose possession is if he gets possession and fumbles it. So he had a chance to advance the ball, but he dove on it so it was kind of useless.

Actually not dumb, once they touch it on a punt return you can grab it and go, If you fumble it, still return team ball. He should have picked it up standing up and tried to advance it.

OK, I'm kind of starting to want to keep Bush. He's heard about his not likely being on the team next year without a pay cut and he doesn't want to do that.
