No this is literally what I just said

starts taking 5 yard slants to the house or getting any kind of YAC ala an actual game changing receiver like the great Odell or an Antonio Brown he'll always be a bust in my eyes.

Nice try though

Maybe you should stop trying to bend what I said to your liking.

How about not going down on 1st contact?

How about not running out of bounds trying to avoid contact EVERY TIME?

How about going up for balls and using your hands to catch it not your chest as Robert Meachem Jr does?

How about being tough, not playing soft and getting bullied by physical teams/players?

How about catching a short pass and making a guy miss, taking one cut and going full speed ahead? Like the great odell, Julio, AB, or any real game changer can do?

If that's too much to ask then so be it. Dude is simply not a good football player his stats lie. NFL's Derrick Henry

I have a 100% faith had we drafted John Brown in the 3rd he'd be the exact same player under Brees.

Damn those facts getting in the way of your shitty opinion.

Anyone who thinks he's a bust at this point is an idiot, and your post history backs that opinion up too.

So you're saying he can improve in a lot of different areas, I along with everyone else would agree.

Julio, AB,and Odell are transcendenr players. VERY few guys can do what they do

Even still, he has produced 79 catches and 9 touchdowns. Definitely an above average WR who in his second year has a very bright future.

So he's the reason for our shitty season?

Dude is a bust end of story

No, its not the end of the story. Guy just put in a damn good year, especially in the 2nd half.

he is garbage

Exactly what im saying

Until he gets better at some of these I will never like Cooks. I am absolutely sure he will never get better at any of those either.

He is fast that's it if he could do some of those things on average he would be an unquestioned star. But again he simply cannot and most likely will not because those are things that you have or you don't.

I would love a real tough game changer like Treadwell he is a true #1. Cooks is a beta male he doesn't have what it takes.

The WR screen is a wasted play with him. He can't and won't even try to block or if he catches it the 1st man who touches him will bring him down.

Game film doesn't show me a very good player

The guy is in his 2nd year of the NFL

For reference,in his year 2 Antonio Brown had 69 catches, 1100 yards, and 2 touchdowns..

For reference AB always played like he does stop talking about fricking stats and watch the damn games

He didn't randomly start evading defenders (Cooks has got to be the easiest WR to tackle)

He didn't randomly look to make something out of nothing (Cooks doesn't want this)

He didn't randomly not go down on 1st contact (Cooks has a desire to go down he doesn't want Yac)

He didn't randomly be able to take a 5 yard pass that looks like an easy stop and turn it into a 1st down or more ( unless it's nobody close or perfect blocking Cooks is going down or out of bounds)

Please stop it Cooks can't hold that mans jock strap

Cooks is fine, Antonio Brown wasn't this Antonio Brown in year two. All the negatives you're talking about Cooks was identical to the same issues Brown had. His benefit was that Mike Wallace was the #1 and he was the #2 for a few years. Cooks has to be the alpha dog with a bunch of guys who are lucky they don't need to worry about a safety or linebacker as well.

I do agree we would be exponentially better with a guy like Treadwell though, no reason to frown on having two great WRs.

Look at Thomas and Sanders, CJ and Tate, Brown and Bryant, Fitzgerald and Brown, Robinson and Hurns, Marshall and Decker, Crabtree and Cooper etc.

This I agree with, Cooks has a very bright future in this league, but if we could add another alpha receiver to go along with Cooks, it would help our offense out so much. Although I'm personally not fully sold on Treadwell though.

Hopefully we get him

Seems you guys just cannot differentiate play style and stats. If Cooks had 20% Steve Smith fight and toughness in him I would love him. I see Cooks as soft, my Graham hate is passed on to him.

I AM TIRED OF SOFT FOOTBALL PLAYERS. I LOOK AT TOUGH TEAMS OVER THE YEARS LIKE SF,SEA, BAL, PITT, Car etc and we have pussies they draft real men. I pray we draft some real men for once I am sick and tired of these soft as charmin Chior boys. I have been watching Carolina bring in tough man after tough man at DL/LB back to Morgan/ Beason/ our own James Anderson to name a few. IT SEEMS WE DON'T EVEN WANT OR TRY TO GET THESE TYPES!!

I think Cam Jordan is a solid football player but guys like him do not play on Great defenses they play on weak, undisciplined defenses that lack mental toughness.

Stephon Anthony is step in the right direction, hopefully we can get more James Harrisons on this team and less Graham type men

That is it

Oh yeah we won a SB I know I'm tankful for that fluke year. Oh how could you? I know I know

We are in back 2 back losing seasons with a HOF QB, we have not been consistent at all and we have a losing record since 2011

13-3, 11-5, 13-3, 6-10, 11-5, 7-9, 7-8

No sustained playoff success, have not been a power team since 2011. Came off a 8-8 season to win it and haven't done shite since, that was a fluke.

If it's not how the hell have we never won the division back to back with a HOF QB? How the frick in 10 years has that not happend since this is such a great regime?

Y'all definitely overrated anything black and gold everyone not wearing black and gold glasses sees these things.

That team had no business winning a super bowl with Scott Shanle and Fujita as starters no businesses whatsoever. We overachieved that year. It was a great year

In 2015 it has become a nightmare today, bust after bust drafted, stale plays that don't work, again horrible drafting avoiding real tough men, getting punked by physical team after physical team, terrible defense.

And best of all playing thier best when its time to destroy the teams future. TB last year and just look at now, Grayson should be in.

I hope to god they fire Payton, I'd rather go 2-14 every year then deal with this shitshow. When they get a good defensive minded coach maybe this nightmare will come to an end.
