order for an NFL team to relocate, it must be a UNAMINOUS vote by owners. You honestly believe Jerry Jones would've voted yes for the Saints to be in his backyard? No possible way. Tagliabue put a stop to that crap real quick. Until he takes his last breath, there won't ne another team in Texas.

He voted yes for Houston to get an expansion franchise. DFW had 10 million in the metroplex alone. Austin San Antonio should have and could support all 4 major sports teams.

If Jerry gets something in return the Saints are heading there.

What are you even trying to say?

Why would Gayle have any say so in what happens to the team after she sells it?

I definitely think the Pels will be sold at some point
Renovations are coming to Smoothie King Center but when you have markets like Vegas and Seattle that desperately want a team the value of a NBA franchise will make her sell it

I mean he already allowed the Houston Texans to set up shop in his backyard back in the year 2002.

It’s laughable to think the Cowboys face any threat to their national brand. You could move a team to Ft Worth and it wouldn’t impact the Cowboys at all on attendance or net worth.

Do yall remember how bad they treated season ticket holders at the two games at Tiger Stadium? Took hours to get in for both games.

My dad and I had two season tickets from 1999 until 2018. I was living in BR at the time Katrina went through and we went to every "home" game we could make. Growing up going to LSU games, it surprised me how bad the experience was.

Nope.
This will never happen as long as Gayle is alive.

Anywhere out of New Orleans would be a bigger market.

Ppl that want the team to be sold are the worst.

Why?

Our owner sucks. Obviously we don’t get to hand pick the successor but wishing for better than Gayle Benson is not that ridiculous

Because we have not been so bad for so very long that I would risk the team being moved out of State. Obviously to most fans including myself there is a limit.

I’d pull for them even if they move. I like the Saints more than NOLA, no allegiance to a woke city.

Is the church compelled to sell the term or could they like say we are going to hang on to it for a little while?
