Would love him at 11; he's a sideline to sideline defender and a great pass rusher so he fixes the LB room while providing a pass rush specialist for 3rd downs
He's already a great football player and I think he has one of the highest ceilings in this draft

I'm fully on board with this and would love it. This board, however, hates it, so expect downvotes.
He is good in coverage and is an excellent pass rusher. Perfect WILL the more I look at it.'
Produced at an elite level at Temple and then destroyed the combine.
IF we did that, I would want to go DE at 42 (or 32 depending on what we trade). In fact I planned a whole post regarding OLB/DE combos at 11/42.

Yep he isn't a big name so expect a lot of hate from the casuals on here but I'm a big fan of him and would love him. My only concern is we'd have a log jam at LB to an extent.

True, but that isn't the worst problem on earth to have.
Ellerbe cannot be relied upon and is in the last year of a deal. Dude cannot stay healthy, and I doubt that he is in our future plans no matter how well he plays.
Craig played well and will start at SAM I bet, and will be used a lot on passing downs.
AJ Klein will start at MLB, Stephone will likely backup both MLB and SAM. Stupar is a backup/ST.
It depends on what you do with Kikaha. DE or Rush OLB?
You'd have Reddick as a Will/Rush LB on passing downs to start. Dude can get to the QB and drop as well.

Combine warriors scare me. But after looking into him more I would be okay taking him. I like the 4 DE's we've already mentioned better and I don't see him being the pick at 11. Because even if all 4 top DE's go in top ten I think it drops a value BPA player there we can't pass on (Hooker, Adams, Lattimore, maybe even Fournette, because Payton, not because I think it's a good idea.)

If he turns out as good as Muhammad Wilkerson... yes please!

They aren't a combine warrior if they produced at a high level in college AND killed the combine. Which he did.
Combine warriors to me are guys that did frickall in college and then go blow it up at the combine.

we have a lot of 'guys' in the LB room, but really nobody special; i'm not worried about cutting the 'sixth guy' in that room

Agreed on DE at 32;
given all the cb's qb's, wr's, guys like howard, engram, and mccaffery, i could see taco slipping to 32
so, 11 reddick 32 taco 42 engram 3rd round OL, S?

32 or 42 will be gone.
And I don't think you'll see Taco past 20ish.

Agreed maybe I didn't clarify or state it correctly. I originally thought he was a combine warrior only. Then I looked into his production and liked what I saw. Still don't think he's the pick at 11.

I like Reddick only if Thomas and Barnett are gone, which is a possibility. He has been projected as a OLB/DE/MLB....where do fit him in? We need all 3.

I'd put Taco ahead of him simply because he's more of a pure pass rusher also but that's just me.
I like Rueben Foster better as a LB for us. Unfortunately I'm not calling the shots. Good Thing because Jarvis Jones and Bud Dupree would be stinking up our Defense right now.

One of my favorite prospect, he can be special.
#11 might be a little early for him but I would not be mad.

The same way he is hyped up because he played at Tenple and not a big school. You aren't discovering some gen here. He's been a 1st Rd pick since the Sr bowl. I like him but not at 11
