I'd like to think that is sarcasm but Im pretty sure it is not.

My life doesn't not revolve around a team I root for winning, sorry. Just because some or many fans have no morals or don't care doesn't mean I should follow. I will argue my POV till I'm blue in the face and your welcome to do the same.

I think PacMan Jones would be an immediate upgrade at the cornerback position. We should go after him.

No - when Jake Delhomme leads 5 game-winning drives in a single season and Drew Brees leads 0 (with the same number of opportunities as Delhomme BTW) than the offense has to shoulder some of the blame.

Yeah and one those game winning drives came against us in week 17 when he threw up a hail marry on the last drive that got caught against our putrid defense.

The offense was stoned with the game on the line in Washington, in Denver, v's Minnesota, at Tampa, at Chicago.
The offense took the lead at the end of those games and the defense pissed it away. Go back and check, Ale. I've presented this to you before but you refuse to accept it for some reason.

touched a nerve huh? It is sad when someone, not just you, nut anyone says they'd sell their soul for a fricking football team to win.

The Saints should go after Plaxico too, he only shot himself. Bring Dante Stallworth Back!! Someone get Leonard Lewis to come out of retirement!!! To bad no one knows if Ray Lewis really did pull the trigger, the Saints could trade for him too!! When's Rae Carruth get out of jail? Saints should petition to get him off fricking death row so the can reach the Super Bowl!!!

Your morals aren't the defining factor for me. Nor are the norms of the American culture.

How is Vick any worse than some redneck who baits deer and sits in a heated blind drinking spiked coffee waiting for Bambi to walk by so he can blow the poor creature's brains out?

Or Sarah Palin supporting the aerial hunting of wolves in Alaska? How the frick is shooting wolves from a helicopter any better or more acceptable of an act than fighting dogs?

No, he's not Vick. There's a chance he might hit a receiver from time to time.

his career compl % is like 2 points higher

The defense turned the ball over in each of those games giving the offense a chance to seal the deal.

I don't know which Denver, Tampa, or Chicago games you were watching but the Defense was stout in each in the 2nd halves. Turning the ball over, stoning the opposition's offenses, etc.

I'm not saying the defense doesn't need to improve, I'm saying that the offense and the playcalling HAS to improve just by sheer luck. The Saints offense is too damn good to be stoned with the game on the line time and time again. Can you imagine the 2000 Rams offense turning into bitches like that? The 2003 and 2004 Colts offense? No way.

Don't you think that Vick and his change-of-pace that he brings as well as his explosiveness combined with his BUDGET price tag could very well be a missing piece to getting to the SB?

We all know our defense has been gutted and improved (we hope) What is a good reason we shouldnt give th is guy at least one year to see what he can do? NOTHING TO LOSE.

Or you wait till NFC rival signs him and he's lighting us up in the playoffs.?

I'm willing to give him a mulligan. He played for extremely bad teams in Detroit and Miami. He also had to play in Atlanta under Petrino.

Thats BS.

Late in the Washington game Santana Moss blew pass Porter for a 80 yard td like he was standing still.

We put up 32 on Denver and Gramatica missed FGs.

Reggie had the games of his life against Minn. and fvcking Gus Ferrotte made our secondary look retarded.

And the offense made a comeback against Chicago to get into ot. Of course you fail to mention the Bears ran through our D in OT of that game like a prostitute and scored on the 1st possession

Never said they should be

So you support dogfighting and the raising of dogs to be put into a pit to kill each other?

deer and sits in a heated blind drinking spiked coffee waiting for Bambi to walk by so he can blow the poor creature's brains out?

Who said it was? Are you comparing a domesticated dog to a deer that lives in the wild?

Sarah Palin supporting the aerial hunting of wolves in Alaska

If Lance Moore said the Saints should sign Sarah fricking Palin than I'd be against that as well.

fighting dogs?

Ever seen a dog fight? Again wild wolves against a domesticated animal that 99% of humans believe to be a pet

of course its a figure of speech Lester. You are basically saying that do whatever it takes to win, I just disagree with that. Again playing in the NFL is a privilege not a right. And you as a fan saying do whatever, sign whoever it takes to win is sad to me, that your life revolves around a football team so much that you don't care whos on that team.

I just find it hilarious that an SEC fan is berating another over "selling one's soul" for the sack of a sports team.
