Give Meachem credit......and the stiff arm at the end was nice!
He does deserve credit. That was a great play. Meachem Stiff arm = TD.

i will never understand why people threw him under the bus but didn't get on bush for having a rookie season that fell WAY below the hype. sometimes guys get hurt. hell calvin johnson got hurt last year and he wasn't that great

IDK

Reggie looked good a couple of times, in the open field, during year 1

bush's rookie season wasn't way below the hype! he was our mvp in a few games.

won the bucs game, was important in the packers game - he had like 4 receptions for 1st down on 3rd downs, was MVP in the 49ers game, and great in both playoff games. Both were respectively the biggest games in Saints history and he had some of the biggest plays in both.

AA fell for character reasons like colston did also supposedly. he was a 3rd-4th round talent

he was supposed to be the best RB prospect of all time and he didn't sniff 1,000 yards

idiots expected colston like results out of meachem or maybe since he was first rounder they expected colston x10

I understand it was disappointing for him not to see the field, but to call him a bust was beyond retarded. I'm not going to pat myself on the back and say "i called it" I only asked people give the dude a few seasons before calling it the worst pick ever.

He sucks! The Saints wasted their first round pick. He will never amount to anything. You people need to wake up! The Saints screwed up again. Blah! Blah! Blah!

he averaged 3.6 ypc

but we won, and he has flashes, so people just overlooked it

we didn't win as much in 2007, and meach was hurt so he didn't show anything, so people used him as the scapegoat

Reggie did well for us his rookie season. If anyone thought he was going to repeat his college days immediately in the NFL then they are idiots. It was last year that he absolutely sucked. If he doesn't produce this season, he definitely must be cut.
