Fred McAfee played on the Dome Patrol teams, our first ever playoff win team, and the 2006 team.

Not that he’s forgotten, but Sproles was a problem here and until I read this thread hadn’t thought about him in years.

Also, for the early 2000s teams, Horn/Deuce/Brooks always remembered, but Jerome Pathon was a DOG, fun team to watch.

What about Jon Stinchcomb?

On playing career alone it’s a good one. But he does a lot of color commentary on TV/radio, so I can’t say people have forgotten him.

But you’re right, there’s probably some offensive lineman like Joel Hilgenberg, Jermon Bushrod and Jamal Brown we have forgotten.

Some other WRs: Torrance Small & Willie Snead.

This was my answer I waited to release in the original post.
Without Mike Bell we don't make the Super Bowl.

Jabari Greer doesn't seem to come up alot but for his size this dude was lock down.

I feel like he doesnt get enough mention as great CBs that played here

Robert Massey... the first truly really good DB the Saints ever had, not counting Tommy Myers. And by the way, Dave Waymer and Johnnie Poe were not good DBs.

Rueben Mayes

He had a knack of beating the defense to the edge even when they knew he was getting the ball.
