I wouldn't be surprised if they are trying to shop Hightower. there are teams out there that can use an RB (Cleveland) and it's easier to give up a 7 and get him in the building on contract, than compete with one another suitor.

I doubt the Saints would get a 7th for a 29 year old RB who has already had a blowout injury.

You are probably right, but Cleveland is looking for a veteran presence. I really like Jonas Gray as a RB.

So we are down to two TEs and only one FB. I had a feeling we didn't like any of the TEs after Watson and Hill, but I thought we'd at least keep an extra FB to compensate. Guess we are waiver wire hunting for one so someone making the 53 will be cut soon.

All very likely. Add Opurum and maybe Baker also. Hopkins could be added too if he isn't picked up and we aren't totally decided on our kicker.
