I'm pretty sure he said training camp. Which makes me worry even more.

frick I was hoping Hawthorne's injury would keep him out longer.

Say this to yourself...You might want Humber to play but Hawthorne is a Saint.

I'd rather him not be. I'm not wishing him to be hurt to where he can't play period. I didn't wish for him to get hurt in the first place. But since he was injured I was hoping we could see more of other backers.

I trust Ryan to play the right guys when the time comes.

For the most part but Hawthorne saw about 2/3rds of the snaps last year. Malcolm also played a lot more than Bush.

Sometimes coaches worry a bit too much about guys knowing the mental part even when physically they aren't up to par. Shane anyone? Ellis?

Looks like Pierre Thomas just came up lame. Hobbled through a drill. Screamed. Took his helmet off.

I saw he came back in, ran a route, and then went back out to a trainer. Did he come back again?

I mean even just doing that is more encouraging than what I thought it might be.

Some media person posted a vid of PT practicing after his injury. But it was not clear when the video was recorded. Could have been pre-injury.

That tweet was 8m ago. The Larry holder one was 39m ago

Well it's something. If he was able to go back and run a route then maybe it's a muscle pull or an ankle. Much better than a knee.

Also saw that Sunseri gave Cooks a good pop. Please don't break our new toy be for the season. He came back and caught a deep ball after though.

#Saints Brees missed out on first completion when Morgan appeared to drop short pass. No problem. Hit Morgan deep on next throw.

Completion was against SJB.

SJB not having a good practice. Defense jumps offside. Ryan says keep playing. SJB quits on the play. Cooks is wide open in slot.

Come on, Stan.

JB is really struggling. I know he's a project and I didn't expect him to start this year (and maybe not even next year) but damn.

As a former receiver the one thing you'd expect him to be good at is locating the ball.
