To me, the kid has what it takes to be a starter in the league, so, yeah he would be my starting QB. He just needs more game experience, but Rattler has a big league arm. He can throw it with anybody, including Patrick Mahomes.

IMO, you roll with Rattler for the next 2 years then go find your QB while in his last year of his contract. It gives you 2 solid years to purge the cap, Carr may sulk and renegotiate his deal so you can cut him, improves your draft position because I don’t think he’ll be able to do enough to get to the playoffs; and if wrong, you accidentally found your QB for the next 10-15 years
