just because you are one of the few that does like Bush because I know you are from there doesn't mean others don't. I have met people personally from there when visiting sayin nothing but negative shite about Bush, I laughed at a couple when in the JC Penney Lakeside store while buying Saints jerseys the wife told the husband don't you dare buy a "Bush" jersey!

after reading many posts on her slamming reggie....the ones crying over Bush not signing autographs really crack me up..[people that even ask for autographs should be shot on site--who gives a frick about a signature on a dinner napkin?...pleeez. as for all you reggie haters im going to put in a tape of the Cardinals playoff win and watch Reggie work his magic...and lead us to the N.F.C.champ game....reggie has more class than people give him credit for...he doesnt seek the limelight...i love that about him

Bush is a dick. But, so are lots of people.
He was one of the least popular players while at USC amongst his teammates, coaches, and friends of the program and it is the same way in NOLA.
He's thinks he is too cool for anything, and above it all. But lots of other millionaires and coddled athletes prob feel the same way.

New Orleans is not a big city. The people have a very intimate relationship with our football team. 95% of the players embrace it. No, a player does not have to stop and talk to a fan, or stop to sign an autograph or take a picture. But you know what? Just about all of them do. And when all of them do, and 1 or 2 do not, it stands out. It makes you look bad. Couple that with Bush being one of the teams high profile players, then of course people are going to be upset.
Do I personally care? No. Have I seen it firsthand? Yes. Have I heard other people talk about the same things, including Jim Henderson..Yes! It doesn't bother me one bit, but when you start matching him up and comparing him to other players, he looks like a smug a-hole. Should a 45 year old man care if he gives an autograph? frick i hope not. But for a 8 year old kid, it could make their day...or year....And to be turned down or ignored, just isn't right.
And before you say it, I dont care if you are going to pop in his Heisman trophy highlight reel and tell me to frick off. This thread had nothing to do with his play on the field.
