Hicks has been having a pretty bad preseason.
Up there with Lewis.
Maybe he's not appropriate for the 3-4.

According to PFF he is one of the top 3-4 DEs and Hicks isn't anywhere close to the top.
I don't take their ratings as gospel, but Foster has looked beastly and Hicks has just looked decent to good.
