I remember listening to Sean Payton’s 95 minute press conference when he was “retiring”. I lost respect for him. I have seen SP in public circles and he isn’t a fricking Saint. After I retire from my job, I may share some stories that I saw with my own eyes .

I hope Denver fails the next several years and I will leave it at that.

Its not knighting for Sean Payton to point out that everyone in the story sucks. Its not knighting for Sean Payton to not act like a jilted lover when the only coach to ever do anything for a team I've grown up practically my entire life watching leaves. Its not knighting to make fun of an organization that has been tripping over its dick for what 4+ decades now is all off a sudden rushing to protect an objectively terrible coach who boo hoo got called out for being terrible.

But it is entertaining.

Regardless of what you think about SP’s abilities as a head coach, there is no denying that he is a top 3 offensive mind/coach in the last 20 years. He knows offense. He can organize a game plan and execute it. He had moments where he could have run the ball more, but his overall production year in and out was consistently high. The Broncos will have a top 5 offense this year.

you know, if you want to prop up your team do it on the practice field during the time where you have the control.

I'm starting to see how fricking arrogant Payton can be.

Him tearing down some other coach wasn't necessary.

He didn't do it when he was with Fox. So why do it later on and then be so quick to apologize?

And he gets away with it. The media doesn't care that he quit on the Saints. No, they just focus on Aaron Rodgers reaction to his comments.

Something just isn't sitting right with me. The way he's attacked the Denver job and just some of the shite he's said sense then. I'll be there when Denver comes to town next year.
