IF what is being said about him is true (and I'm assuming most here based on their replies have not read it), then no we shouldn't.
As much as Mike has become a "diva" on the field, you hear nothing but good things about him from all of his teammates.
You hear about how hard he works and how serious he is about becoming the best WR of all time.
I pray that doesn't change when we pay him.
But on Brown, this is a guy that, allegedly, has gone AWOL 3 times this year and had a blowup with his QB that is said to be Brown's fault right before the most important game of the year for them (while going AWOL after the blowup).
I'd like to keep that stuff out of our locker room. As much as anyone can be seen as a diva on our team, there seems to be zero dissension in the locker room and these guys all call each other family and truly seem to mean it.
