Arch is the most handsome and athletic of all the Mannings, which counts for a lot. He's got a Joe Burrow type aura even as a middling SEC QB.
I still think he can develop next year and become a first rounder. His size and athleticism are elite. His arm strength should be able to be improved. His teammates genuinely seem to like him and he doesn't have very many weapons aside from his one WR and their slightly overrated RB.

I did say if. Manning has shown a good bit of improvement this year. If he stays in college and is even better next year? Sure, some team could fall in love with him.
