Again, let's present some facts here
they were at a red light. Fact.
Smith drove .5 miles from Sake to where the hit and run occurred. There is video of each car driving normally through the 2 major intersections between the hit and run. Fact.
Hayes didnt just "get out his car and start shooting". There was an argument, both men let it be known they had weapons, and a shooting occurred.

Why does everyone think Will was in his vehicle? multiple witnesses said that he was outside of it during the confrontation.

I don't agree with this at all. There is nothing normal about that stop and the weight transferred pretty good to the front of the Hummer. That's not normal braking, especially since you never see a car in front of the Hummer. There is no car anywhere near where the Hummer stopped.

LOL. I really don't give two shits if he was out of his vehicle or hiding in a tree. Smith rear ended Hayes and left the scene of an accident. He probably talked a mountain of shite too once Hayes caught up with him, but unless you know something the police don't, this douche shot Smith and will be charged with murder. No matter what happened before, you don't get to shoot someone in the back because you are mad and he will rot in jail for it.

One witness stated yesterday that Will told him to get out here, I have a gun waiting for you and then Hayes said frick you I have one too and that was right before the shooting happened.

Actually, no that's not a fact. The red light is almost half a block up from that Juans sign. At the end of the video you can see there are no cars at the light.

It is a fact. Jesus dude, read the damn tweet I posted by the Fox 8 anchor. They have video taken from the same time with cars lined up in front of the Hummer at the red light
Once the hit and run happened, there are no cars at the light because the light turned green. Which is why Will Smith was able to pull into the lane of oncoming traffic. Because once that light turns green, it stops the cars from coming in the other direction.

well i guess the news source that produced the videos (owned by tom benson. Lol) is just flat out lying then when they say A)the light was in fact red and B)there were in fact cars lined up in front of the hummer at the red light. Gotcha. Ive seen you argue some bizarre things, but this might take the cake.
