What about Doubs?

Lot of people see Olave as #1, but what about bringing Doubs in as #2? Guy is super solid even though he's not sensational. Definitely most consistent Packer in a loaded WR room

He's a good player. I don't think he is a full time number 2 guy tho.

Toad is ok in a group of 3-4. But I don’t think he’s really a number 2. I think Olave, ___draftee (with some explosive ability preferably), vele, doubs wouldn’t be a bad 4 deep while Vele and the rookie were on cheap deals.

Olave Doubs Vele would be good when healthy.
You add a good RB, a TE that can block, and a couple OGs along with Doubs and you have yourself an offense.
