So they should continue to alienate their base?
Folks have been saying this for a decade yet their value increases every year. You think they care about the “I don’t claim to watch but somehow I know what’s happening to add to message boards”?

The super bowl demographics is different from the NFL demographics. Just look at the ratings to the most watched NFL game during the season and the super bowl.
Most watched game is probably around 40M. Super bowl is over 100M or around it.
Bad Bunny brings more viewers from outside the US.. If it results in higher rating than last year they can charge more for commercials next year.
Do you like the SB HT show every year when its American performers?

And the more people who watch the NFL the more networks, streaming services, etc want to air the product. Then it also results in people buying NFL products. And the networks are able to charge more for air time. That's the world we live in. Why is it people don't understand this?
Puerto Ricans have no money. What are they going to buy. I guess all the illegals we deported can stream the Dallas Cowboys next year.

Although they know the controversy drives buzz, it’s absolutely the NFL equivalent of engagement farming
Correct. This is also why they just announced more overseas games next year than ever before.
The halftime show was terrible.

Are you really dumb enough to the think it’s only Puerto Rico making him the most streamed artist on the world? 90 million a month.

and about 12 million could understand the lyrics and words in spanish.

I’m one of them.
I know plenty of Indian,Hispanic, Middle Eastern and Asian families that have family members that have never bothered to learn English.
The half time show was shite - but the guy performing was an American citizen - it was hardly an insult to anyone that had to learn English

It's super embarrassing how many people in the OT don't realize that Puerto Rico is part of our country. The comments about the performers being illegal, omg!!! such idiots!!

And in the Latino community that translates to about 1,000 households.

I speak Spanish, but I’m not Latina - so I guess that halftime show was not for me
Just like the last dozen or so

I just rewatched this. I forgot how powerful and even patriotic it was with a band from Ireland.

It’s not part of our country and is not in the US. It’s our country’s territory (which we should end). It’s people are citizens only due to enacted federal law not due to the constitution as they aren’t born in our United States.
It’s embarrassing that you don’t understand that. Such an idiot you are.

Well as long as you aren't making the rules I think I'll be OK. Thankfully you're just another slapdick on Tiger mierda.

But the code says:
“ Puerto Rico comes within the definition of "United States" given in section 101(a)(38) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). A person born in Puerto Rico acquires U.S. citizenship in the same way as one born in any of the 50 States.”

How does tha change anything I wrote? Without that law they wouldn’t be citizens. They don’t have a constitutional guarantee. That has been held up in several Supreme Court rulings.
They also don’t vote in presidential or congressional elections (voting members) or pay federal taxes. If the move to one of the actual Unites States they can vote on those and pay federal taxes.
Here is the federal statute
quote:
8 U.S. Code § 1402 - Persons born in Puerto Rico on or after April 11, 1899
All persons born in Puerto Rico on or after April 11, 1899, and prior to January 13, 1941, subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, residing on January 13, 1941, in Puerto Rico or other territory over which the United States exercises rights of sovereignty and not citizens of the United States under any other Act, are declared to be citizens of the United States as of January 13, 1941. All persons born in Puerto Rico on or after January 13, 1941, and subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, are citizens of the United States at birth.

So basically you have nothing and revert to being a little bitch.
Also I didn’t make up the rules. It’s federal law and Downes v. Bidwell plus DeLima v. Bidwell.
Is Puerto Rico one of the United States of America??

Who cares. Gayboys dressing up like bunnies has nothing to do with the NFL.

And it is considered part of our country right now - which is the part of the code I included
If we can get there without a passport, it’s part of our country
