quote:ok, so what can you do about it? Nothing! There’s nothing you can do about it if a law is being broken by people who don’t care and it won’t be enforced by officers.
I just said it’s illegal bc it blocks the flow of traffic
You’re ranting on a board with people who mostly agree with you, but nothing can be done. So just relax and work on yourself.

ppl like you don’t give 2 rats as**
If you want change, go become a policeman and enforce the laws. Vote for better judges.
It’s probably just best to move somewhere better.

You really think a policeman is going to give someone a ticket for driving under the speed limit in the left lane on a highway when they take over 20 minutes to answer a call when someone is breaking into your house?
You need help.

quote:why can’t you just pass them and then drive the limit yourself?
Doesn’t mean you can’t go the limit
You cannot control what other people do. And in general it’s safer to drive slower - especially on a road like highland - where people are turning off, there are stop lights, and a lot of residential areas.
My totaled car, back and neck would’ve rather been hit by someone doing 35 than 65.

It was required to send ACT score
Which - I can see since not everyone homeschools the same and there could be questions about how work is graded. But those same questions could be asked about any school.

quote:funny, the guy that rear ended me when I was 6th in line at the stop light at Kenilworth was doing 65
It’s a 45 most of the way and people drive 35.
But that was a year and a half ago, so maybe ppl have slowed down

I am Catholic and I gave up TD for Lent. So I’m saying, ‘Hi!’ And logging off.
Unfortunately, I gave into the temptation of lurking and there was some stupidity that couldn’t be ignored.
mea culpa
My lunch was hashbrowns & scrambled eggs. Y’all be good :daughter:

Let’s just make fun of women without doing research - typical men:

My dad’s bachelors was in history and his masters was in urban planning - he designed parks, sidewalks, AND sewer systems (among other things)
He’s dead now, so it doesn’t matter but your statement isn’t necessarily true.
