Hospitals are always "almost full". Would be a huge waste of money if they were running at half, or less than, of their capacity.

ICUs & Covid floors are absolutely slammed where I work.

Honest question: what’s it like normally? Any idea how it is during flu season? Truly not being ugly.

Um, I know some dumb nurses. And many are RNs. Idk how they made it through school!
