Here's what I am asking. Timothy McVeigh was not tied to any terrorist group and he was able to kill 168 people with a bomb, not a gun. Is has seemed so important to some to call the Orlando shooter a "radicalized Islamist" when he may be a mentally ill person who happens to also be a Muslim. Trump called for the President to resign if he didn't call him a "radicalized Islamist"

Perhaps it was a radicalized Islamic mentally ill person that was nudged in this direction by affiliation to his hate group/hate religion.
