Like I said, I could care less if people smoke pot, I personally think it should be legal, but it's not in most states and most companies look down upon it. If you continue to smoke it and don't get a job because of it then don't whine about it when it happens.
I personally don't know any other accountants who toke it up, or have the time to. Obviously, that doesn't mean they don't exist.

One of my best friends got an internship last summer with them. Said they were really busting the interns balls with the hair tests (saves on firing actual employees) said he got popped pre-hire and almost every other week him or someone in their group got "randomly" selected.

Call the hiring manager and ask. It won't look bad and they can't hold it against you.
If you do get tested. Be sure to follow up with them and ask for the results. The initiative will make you stand out and demonstrate your ability to follow up on obligations.

Seriously, try not to worry about unless it is honestly about to happen. From what it seems, they have tested some and don't test others. Worrying about it won't help.

You won't get tested unless they put you on a job for a company that requires their contractors be tested.
