To be fair, in the video clip posted, Sterling is never the aggressor and the "struggle" consists of him raising his head off the cement.

Again you say you have no bias, but go watch the clear version of the video again. At 0:24 seconds his shoulders head and chest come off the ground with 2 adults putting their weight on his upper body. Think about how much force that takes and what the officers must have felt for him to do that? That felt someone who was extremely motivated to not cooperate with a gun either in his pocket or near him.

All the guy has to do is throw one of the cops off of him and he can quickly be in his pocket at his gun. You can't wait for that to happen. They had no other means of force to try to control him.

how?

How could it not.

Now you're adding more to it. I suppose if you could prove to me that there is no possible chance he did, I might agree with you. Have fun proving it.

No, it's not. I know you're smart enough to know that.

I mean you can't really tell for sure that he wasn't reaching.

One thing is for sure....things are gonna get wild in BR.

Why in the hell would they chance that?

because their job involves accepting a level of risk in order to insure that not just they, but the people they interact with make it home safely.

theres a whole lot of gray area in a lot of these and i am not passing judgement on them right now, as much as discussing the attitude that cops are in a risky position so they can do whatever they want.

If I choose to physically wrestle with a cop knowing there's a gun in my pocket I fully expect death is a legitimate possibility.

Sure, but you've got an interesting definition of "wrestle" if you think that is what he's doing in this video.

Huh? I always assumed otherwise. Your name literally means "she" in French. Why the frick have I been so nice to you? And what kind of sexually confused man picks that as a screen name? I feel like the Crying Game right now, what the frick!!!

I'm not adding more to it?

And you're right, I can't prove it, but I guarantee whether or not the guy went for his gun will be an important piece of information in the case

I've already stated that I'm not 100% faulting the cops.

Shouldn't matter... the whole reason the officers were there in the first place was in response to a call about a man with a gun. I am no cop, but I were to respond to something like this, and I even think a mother fricker is reaching for a gun during a struggle, I'm gunna frick his world up. Period

That only goes so far IMO. Convicted felon resisting after being tased and illegally carrying a firearm? They've done enough already.

They tried nonlethal, and it didn't work. Some of yall seem to be completely ignoring that.

didndunuffin press conference going strong.

"Now here's the baby Momma..."

Is she the one that brought the domestic abuse charges that he's been convicted of? Honest question.
