We had a pretty big berm we had to cross everyday in the coast guard walking from barracks to the mess hall. It was like 20 feet high

I did basic there in 94. If it was the road just south of the Marine barracks, it could be either the grenade range or the low crawl range where they shoot over your head while blowing shite up all around you. I can’t remember the exact name of that range.
