And proceeded to 'tard up the thread like you do every other thread you post in. Your point has been made. Feel free to leave now.

We'll probably be taking a trip out west next summer, pretty pumped about it. Already have a Smittybilt Overlander XL tent, will be ordering an Eibach lift kit soon, and the factory tires are about done with so time to upgrade.
We did 8 trails out there with Black Bear being the most treacherous. Mixed in some white water rafting.
Take your time and enjoy the amazing views that you can't get from the asphalt.

Don’t know for sure but I would imagine they are very close if not identical

My wife drives one. Solid and well built, but I would not get one for myself. It has no soul.
Well it’s an suv

I’d cut my nuts off if I traded my truck in on a 4Runner.

I took it to the top of Black Bear pass last year on an overlanding trip.
But did you take it over Black Bear Pass?

There’s a ‘17 Pro, decently built, Cement paint, with a magnuson blower on bring a trailer right now.
I’ll agree with the people saying get the OR. You pay a lot of money for that special Pro paint and some parts that available as takeoffs on a Toyota forum. You might as well buy a used Cruiser for the coin you spend on a Pro with ADM.

2007 with 180,000. This was my wifes daily driver until she got a different SUV. It gets used in bad weather.
2016 with 75,000 miles. This is my daily driver.
Since y'all are Razorbacks I assume neither has teeth to rattle?

I have 2020 2WD Limited in Blizzard Pearl.
Brown leather seats which I love. Don’t like the gas mileage but seems to be well built and solid. Ventilated seats aren’t as good as other manufacturers. The electronics are pretty good as it’s been upgraded with apple play.
Edit: ah I missed the TRD Pro part, sorry

I had one for about 4 months now, and love it. It’s a 2021 TRD PRO. What sold me was throughout doing my research, I watched every video on YouTube about them. Almost everyone said it’s not gonna get the best gas mileage, or have the newest technology, but it’s gonna outlast everything out there. I wanted reliability.
Side note, unless you are going to use the TRD PRO to its full potential? I would go with the TRD off road.

I loved my 1990 4Runner, I would buy it back right now.

The inside really turns me off on all Toyota’s.
Looks like the interior of a early 90s vehicle.
They have a three year old 4 runner with 40k miles on it at All Star. They want $42k and the sales person said they can only come down to 40k. I asked him if he would take 20k because it looks like shite

A grown man doesn't have hat room room in the new ones.

Bought my first one for $21k (1y.o.at the time)…
Drove it 8 years and put 190k miles on it and sold it for $13k…. Didn’t spend a dime on it other than routine maintenance.
Indestructible. I still see it around years later.
Greatest resale ever….

I have a 2020 TRD Off Road Premium. Save yourself a few bucks and go with this trim instead of the TRD Pro. It can do nearly everything the Pro does without the Baw looking exterior accessories. I have the KDSS option and it rides terrific.

We drive Toyota and lexus because I hate spending time at a mechanic or service dept. Went to buy a 4runner and bought a 460. I am short so I love the swing open door. It may look like a soccer mom car but it is hubs daily driver. The drivers side door has work gloves in it and the rear compartment has way too many dings from us using it like a covered truck bed. But I didn't want another truck because we travel too much and luggage in the bed even covered is not as good as being in the back of an suv.

I have a 2019 TRS Pro . Voodoo Blue. 71k miles. It gets about 18-19mpg.mine was the last year without Toyota safety system: Radar cruise, lane assistant. Stuff I don’t need or want.
The TRD Pro gets upgraded Fox shocks. Thing rides very smoothly, almost all of the nosedive that the SR5 models has been eliminated.
I’ve driven it through mountain trails, snow, creeks and really deep mud. I love this truck.
My last service at the dealer, they offered me $5k over what I’d paid.
I plan on keeping this truck forever, if that answers your questions:)

Absolutely, you can't get to the top and go back bro. It's a one lane road.
