I cant recommend Monarch enough. I love it. I have everything loaded in including mortgages, 401ks, 529, auto loans, credit cards, etc. I was super concerned once Mint went away but it’s 10x better than Mint and well worth the $100/yr.

You get a lot of shite around here but I happen to like a lot of your posts, this one included. Good memories of watching this show growing up around the same time period. Kristen sucked though just to be clear.
Wasn't the Oilman's this weekend? Maybe I have my dates wrong

Ah...yea it was two weeks ago
Y’all will have fun. The folks here are being dramatic but I will say it’s spring break weekend so it’s gonna be crowded. Check out the livestock and ag exhibits in NRG Center, lots to see. I don’t know what’s going on today but they have dog herding, kids showing pigs, etc
A couple times I have had to go into monk mode because the toilet was not gonna happen for me and I couldn’t shite in the wide open public.

What the hell. I just got in on this stock this morning after reading through some of the thread and I’m already up like 4%.

I think the distinction is paper towels versus linen napkins. Different than both of those things are dish/hand towels.
Out of curiosity, how do you know this insanely obscure fact?
How would that work for existing members? If you joined a club for 48 private holes and they drop it to 24. Would they be grandfathered in for access to the TPC or what?

I’m a member at Sugar Creek and thought about leaving there in the near term and joining Sweetwater at some point down the road. Guess that’s out of question now.

Demographics in sugar land are vastly different than they were when these clubs and courses were built but seems like demand is higher than ever.

Love the wilderness, hadn’t played there in many years but remember it being awesome
…not to mention the lost time this a-hole spent scheming up all of this instead of actually doing the job of making CATS function and operate properly.
Yea it’s all semantics but I think point is that things we are told about history aren’t necessarily accurate. But yes, relative to their contemporaries is what I think most of these discussions revolve around. Even within that concept, there may have been some technologies or know-how that would impress or leave even modern humans in awe similar to Roman concrete until recently or the “how” behind the placement and transportation for some of these massive stones found throughout the world.
The working wage for someone in late 20s is like $25k USD. I went to a bar in Lisbon and ordered a round of drinks for some buddies I met at a hostel and all the locals looked at me like WTF are you doing you lunatic.

All that said, the locals I met there were super chill and seemed very happy.

Moving a Trailer

Posted by CalcuttaTigah on 1/17/26 at 9:16 am
I have an elderly family member in East Texas I need to move a sizeable travel trailer for to a different property of theirs about 1 hour away. It hasn’t been moved in a few years and I don’t trust axles/tires on highway.

Never had to do before. Besides getting a spare, what do I need to be worried about? Bearings, brakes, brake lights? Would it be easier to pay a service to move on a flatbed? I imagine that will be cost prohibitive but no idea what that might cost.

Think about it this way. Our floor is the same as this season considering we didn’t have an offense last year.
This year and that year were similar in that we leaned on elite defenses but you knew it was coming in the sense that defenses can only take you so far. That championship game hurt and left some scar tissue.

This is why everyone knew to immediately call CBK out on his bullshite when the offense started sputtering this year and he talked about playing to your strengths. Been there, done that dude. You are getting paid millions, don’t talk down to us fans when we’ve already seen how this is gonna play out.
