We don't have to "fish sharks" to control the population. Hell, we don't have to "fish sharks" to decimate the shark population. Commercial fishing bycatch is the greatest threat to shark populations worldwide.

Single red flags are flying along much of the central Gulf Coast this week (including Destin), but not due to sharks. There is a high rip current threat all week this week.

Yes, go take a drone and fly it over a beach. You will see sharks within 3-4 feet of people swimming by and those peeps have no clue how close they are and get

Relative us in PC. There was one. They jumped out when shark dropped by and back in when it left.
