Lets do a little social/math experiment.
A single mom in the hood has 4 kids. How many go on to either bear children or father children? I'd bet >80%. Of those offspring how many escape poverty, or worse have their own kids in the hood?
Now lets move to a different family living in a single family home in suburbia. They have 4 kids. How many of those 4 children decide not to have kids of their own? Or wait too late to start a family? Of those offspring that have kids, how many kids can they afford with daycare and two parents working?
The stats and demographics are firmly in favor of the impoverished class outbreeding the middle and upper classes. I suppose it has always been that way.

Dude, you fricked it all up. You have a vasectomy in March during the first weekend of the tournament if you're a basketball fan or you have one at the end of August on opening weekend if you're a college football fan. You plan your three days of sitting around with frozen peas on your nuts to fall on a weekend where there's wall to wall college sports.
