I am glad they got this POS. He should not have been on the streets after his previous run-ins with the law and I hope he gets what he deserves. They need to prosecute this guy to the fullest extent of the law on all charges.

I read that she was "passed out" on the sidewalk. My guess is she is a stripper/prostitute/crack whore and this dude was her pimp. Thats why i said this dude was retarded to get involved in this situation with no gun. How senseless would it be to lose your life to these dregs of society.

She was at a bar and "someone" Mickied her drink. She was in a fog as she started walking home she did not know the attempted rapist/robber. NOPD believes he may have dosed her drink to rob her. Gold did the right thing.
