Have a good time, enjoy yourself, weddings can be fun.
Heck you might just meet a single woman with no children at the wedding that is more fun than your present one, go off with that one instead.

This is not aboot the wedding now. This is aboot her telling you what she wanted, you turning her down, then her trying to bully you into it by playing the "Mad game". She is using this game to gain control and set precedent for you to buckle under when she pouts.
Also, what did she do to support herself, and pay for her, and her children's vacations before you, and your checkbook, came along with your checkbook, and pedestal?
The answer is simple. Tell her you cannot go, but did not want a ration of shite because you can't. If she continues the control freak thing, or gets mad, she is showing you your future with her. Good luck.
