Mostly white, but highly gentrified area of town.
These are what you see there now, a few old apartments mixed in, but are renovating. tear downs are selling for 500k.

Ehh I’ve done pretty well so far. I would happily change my view if that segment of society would change its image and actually strive to be better instead of making those that are responsible and successful out to be the root of their failures.

The majority of failing schools and violent crimes, I believe, are in poor communities.
There may be overlap between the circles of poor communities and black communities, but there are plenty of crappy schools and violence - especially related to drugs - in poor white communities, poor hispanic communities, poor asian communities, etc.
