Preservatives and junk don’t make people fat, calories do. Junk may in fact be calorie bombs, but it still boils down to eating too much. There has been a huge shift in behavior since 1970. While back then there were far fewer fat people, there were some. The US has turned into a society of sloths. They eat more and move/work less. That’s why.

They had some sort of disagreement and she stormed off to walk on the beach, as the story went. Her body was pulled from the water a few days later. Official cause of death was by drowning.

Room 222 was yet another of those young female-centric shows that I watched for some reason as a kid in the early 70's. now I know why.

Black Oak Arkansas was the headline at the Andouille Festival some time back in the 80's. A buddy of mine told me the lead singer Jim Dandy, after the show was over, reached into his pants and grabbed two lemons he had stuffed in his crotch and threw them across the field.... 
He looks like the type that would do that.

uh....back in the day Jim Dandy was known not to need the lemons. The groupies were crazy in the 70s.
