It can certainly get better, but it’s currently garbage in legal applications. That’s not a prompt problem; that’s a core AI problem. Until that’s solved, it should never be trusted or taken at its word, which makes it utterly useless as a decision maker.

Remember the BCS era and rankings weren't liked by enough people that they did away with them. The complaint was "They needed the human touch" to be accurate.

So? it's Ok for her as a sitting judge to make credibility calls on parties and witnesses with a straight face?

Judges should not be elected. The electorate is too stupid and ignorant to choose the best candidate.
