Born and raised in BR and heard all three.
Hickey was primarily used by black folks for a knot on the head. "Son, get that yard done or i'ma put a hickey on yo head."
White folks used "Hickey" when talkin about makin out and suckin on necks and shite.

Calling cigarettes “joe’s” in high school was pretty common

The only people I have ever heard call Baton Rouge "Red Stick" are people who don't live in Baton Rouge, thinking they are witty. I mean, sure, local businesses will sometimes use it, but no one calls it that in conversation.

I have, quite literally, never heard a single one of your examples.

Calling SJA "The Academy". Mainly by the old snobby women who went there back in the day.

I don't know about sayings, but Baton Rouge seems to have a high amount of streets that change names
Gourrier Ave -> Burbank -> Siegen ln -> S. Sherwood Forest-> Sherwood Forest -> N. Sherwood Forest
Brightside -> Lee -> College
Lsu Avenue -> Stanford -> S. Acadian Thruway -> N. Acadian Thruway
Bluebonnet -> Coursey -> George O'Neal
Claycut -> Goodwood
Corporate Blvd -> Old Hammond Hwy
Staring ln -> Essen
Fairway dr-> Tara blvd -> Connell's Park
Dalrymple Dr -> Park blvd -> 19th st
Government St -> Independence
yet we have Jefferson Hwy that has two separate pieces about a mile away from each other down Airline

How can you be Baton Rouge fancy?

I didn't grow up in Baton Rouge and "cobb" and "booksack" were common terms for us.
What about "razoo"? Used to mean an impromptu little driving trip (sort of between a Sunday drive and a more planned outing.)
As in: "We just took a little razoo to Ramah but ended up stopping in Maringouin."
