Still haven’t seen a single truck working coursey/stumberg area. Looking like it will be at least a few more days for me.

Looks to be long week for Inniswold. They worked for a bit and left. The wires are still hanging from poles on west Inniswold

Still no trucks in Pollard/Woodchase.

25% of Pollard still had power after the storm passed, and from what I could tell all of Woodchase did.

Monday morning at 8:30 they shut off the parkway and Woodchase, then yesterday mid morning they shut off another road in Pollard.

Still have not seen a truck working in the area.

I don’t understand why they can’t at least give an estimate. I would think nearly 72 hrs later they know what the situation is in terms of repair.

Probably because an estimate would be worthless and only cause them problems when people discover that fact.

Demco has been talking in mostly generalities so far. Maybe today will be a big progress day for them.

Demco has just given up on bothering with an outage map…it’s been “updating to reflect all outages” for a day and half now.

Also - I didn’t think the gas line at Costco could get any longer than Tuesday, I was way off, it’s twice as long this morning.

I got “power” last night around college and Jefferson. However the service line from pole to my. Ouse was hit by a branch and partially pulled out at my house. Only one of three wires (strands?) still connect so I only have some lights and a few outlets. No ac.

Is there a way to contact entergy to tell them about this? Feel like I’m about to be on one leg for a while since they may think I’m up and running. I have reported out on app again.

Gustav was about a week. We are approaching 72 hours here in Southeast BR. Something seems strange that not much progress is being made.

I'm thankful we are safe.

I’d be very tempted to throw on some rubber boots and gloves and DIY this shite.

I’m close. Have some electrician buddies but didn’t want to ask if this wasn’t possible

It certainly seems like Entergy is making much quicker progress than Demco at this point.

In the spirit of full disclosure, my electrician experience consists of changing out a ceiling fan once…so self fixing a major power line into the house may be ill advised.

Have whole home gen and AT&T Fiber is still up.

Y'all have fiber there? We still don't have it in Shenandoah.
