Any QRF whether active duty or guard typically respond with weapons with empty magazines. They are just there for a show of force and intimidation. I was on the QRF at Fort Sill and every time we responded to shite we went with empty rifles
sucks but you can't rely upon a lot of idiots to not pull the trigger when they shouldn't
