I have the same message as Gings5.

"We will continue to provide estimated restoration times as they become available"

Since the legend keeps changing, I'm in a 'Partially Energized' section. It did say 'Energized' and 'Energized with nested outages'.

10-14 days if I remember correctly, some areas were longer. Only the first ten houses in my hood because a dumb neighbor pulled lines down bringing a Winnebago in after the storm. My houstonians are soft thread was wacked last night. Y’all will have a house ?? once power is restored, mine was gutted. 9 mos later we moved back in. Zero excuse for what’s happening there.

The Lone Ranger is likely going to be your only friend on this thread.

Mattress Mack is on tv inviting you to drop by his center…. cool off and have some free food

Houston Astros has a game and drops a lot of tickets to 5 dollars ( they have air conditioning) … and does dollar dog day…

Lake view church is running adds on tv only to invite you to drop by Sunday ( and leave some money in the plate)..

Why do people support that second generation grifter?

For real? That’s utterly ridiculous. Especially if it’s at out of state linemen who are not in charge and need to be told where to go.

Shame on those people if true as well as the people in charge.

Still Blue in the map for me. Had a planned vacation out of the country beginning tomorrow so hopefully have juice when we come back next weekend. What a shite show CP Energy has become.

Sweet. We’re still running of the generator. Just did my daily oil check. I’m so happy I have this thing.

Under 1 Million left. CenterPoint celebrates

Happened to me last July. Power went out for days before vacation. It was still out when we boarded the plan! This is two Julys in a row for multi day power outages.

Drove down to surfside today. Half the island had power. Looked like lots of lake Jackson had power. I would say that’s pretty impressive considering. There were tons of linemen either working or trucks around waiting for instruction. Looks like they will need more cranes, the trucks couldn’t do some of the work that needed to be done on the island.

We're 1 of only 4 houses without power in our area. So frustrating.... I can see the damn transfer switch on the pole behind my neighbors house.

Find you a baw with a retired hot stick that they use as a flag pole to tailgate and close that hoe,

Disclaimer, I’m joking do not do that.
