Disclaimer, I’m joking do not do that.

If it weren't for the possible death side effect, I'd try the fiberglass pole saw.

I may ride up the the school where all the trucks are sitting, show them the picture of it, and naively ask them if this could be an issue.

Burning your neighbors house down is a higher risk but I support you not doing that.

There’s probably a line issue that isn’t hitting the priority list. You can try to bribe them, but anything short of lending them your wife won’t make much of a difference. There’s layer of logistics coordination that dictate what they do. There isn’t much autonomy.

Passed the pic to my old neighbor and he found a lineman friend working our area.

"Just a blown pot, needs to be refused"

He's going to try and check it out in the morning before his official shift.

First off, I hope everyone is OK. Supposed to be bringing the family to Galveston for a short vacation next Thursday. How’s the damage to the tourist areas? Can anyone advise?

I’d gladly drive to Kingwood for a cold beverage.

Still no power in my neck of Champions. One block from me there is a pretty huge true hangin on a major power line. Still is orange on the map. I don’t think this affects me because we are blue and they are orange.

The carnage I saw was at Richardson Rd, right by the Church. As of today someone only blocked off the street. I suspect this effects Calipari’s

I can work from anywhere. No reason to suffer there. Was only in town for a meeting Tuesday which obviously was canceled. But I didn't know the storm would be as widespread as it was when i left nola sunday at 4am. When in fact the center of circulation wasn't far from that apartment. I rode it out there. Lost power at 8am. It was fierce for a little while. Office/shop is 8 mins away. So I went there and spent till Wednesday. Showers and ac was good for me

I was up I didn’t think it was strong as well. Maybe too cocky. Actually went back to sleep and awoke to carnage.
