Went with Arby’s.
I ended up skipping fries and a drink, so I got a regular fish sandwich and a cajun fish sandwich. I could barely tell them apart, so I got home and threw hot and remoulade sauces to them.
Pretty good except for hot grease that squirted out of one and burned my lip.

Fried cod from Culvers - they are only in the midwest tho. Its legit restaurant quality if you happen across one.

First, I admit I love fast food.
However, if you eat it slowly and breathe evenly it starts to show its true colors. The best way to enjoy "good" food is not to stuff it down but to eat slowly, chew thoroughly and breathe evenly so you release and enjoy the volatiles. I know it may sound silly but it really enhances quality food, do that with fast food and things go south pretty quick. It generally works out for me since I tend to eat fast food quickly and savor a nice sit down meal.
As for the OP I have never found a chain fast food sandwich that I liked, that said I haven't bought one in years since I had always been disappointed.

I really like the Filet O Fish. Prolly the one of the few fast food things I eat and once in a while I’ll go out of my way to get one.

Get The McDonalds Filet O’Fish with an extra fish filet on it with cheese between them. Tartar sauce on both pieces of bread, lettuce, tomatoes onion and pickles.
No fries needed.
