George Bass. They are the best place in either town (they have a shop in NOLA and one in BR).

Where's a good place around BR to bring a suit a already have to be tailored? Got the suit several years back and have since lost a good bit of weight and its way to big for me now

George Bass, Rubensteins, Perlis (if they still sell Canali at the BR location that used to be Cohn Turner), Brooks Bros. In that order. George Bass is far and away the best option in that range.

I got an off the shelf tailored suit from Brooks Brothers for about $1300. Best suit I own and well worth the money.
