The better shots are the jaw and the throat. To drop someone. Throat punch can kill a man more easily though. Cold cock the dude and Crush his larynx; you're behind bars.

It depends on where you are standing relative to them. The target should be 90 degrees to you to maximize effectiveness.

And if you are standing face to face, I find dead on in the chin where your knuckles almost meet the bottom of their bottom teeth. Pretty easy KO with a solid shot and you know how to throw a punch/hold your fist.
