- Dems will pass unconstitutional law with 50/50 vote + Harris
- lawsuits will follow
- SC will more than likely strike it down
- Dems will pack the SC with liberal rubber stampers
- Dems will have unchecked power, control over all facets of Government, pass any and every law they wish, make DC and Puerto Rico states, will effectively create a 1 party state with a fully neutered 2nd party who wields 0 power.
