I have no issue with the trial but I am always amazed that no one questioned what happened in the days after the bombing. The authorities basically declared martial law, instituted a curfew and suspended the Fourth Amendment to conduct non-voluntary house to house searches. All of this in one of the cities that started the Revolutionary War over the EXACT same conduct. Not only has no one really taken a hard look at the events, they celebrated them in a major movie. That was pretty messed up.
As far as the trial, y’all are right. The venue thing, for a major case like this, is largely irrelevant IMO. As long as the other legalities and procedures are observed it is all good.

While I understand the attorney's point, it'll be difficult to have a "fair trial" anywhere when you and your brother going on a mass terrorism spree.
cause -> effect

I have forgiven him, just as Jesus has asked us all to do for all God’s children.

Is this the "hot one"?
If so, they're probably trying to setup a trial where the jury consists of all of the future (and current) female voters who proclaimed that he was just "too cute" to be a mass murdering terrorist.

I would prefer his trial to be biased and unfair

Yeah this is why we nvr get anywhere. Kill the fricker like he did so many. Getting off on obvious stupid little "technicalities" has been abused by lawyers for to long.
Also...am I the only one surprised MA has the death penalty?? A poll needs to be taken of them up there if he deserves the death penalty. Then make sure those libs are reminded how they are really ok with it
